A simple, transparent process — from choosing a costume to getting your deposit back on the day you return the item.

Return the costume
On the day of the event or the next day by 12:00. In December — on the day of the event by 8:00 p.m.
The costume must be returned by the stated deadline. For each day of delay an additional charge of 50% of the rental price applies. If you are unable to return the costume on time, please let us know in advance.
1. Collecting and returning the costume
You can collect the costume at our store the day before the event, after 3:00 p.m.
The costume must be returned:
- on the day of the event;
- or by 12:00 the next day.
❗ Special terms apply in December: the costume must be returned on the day of the event by 8:00 p.m.
If you realise you will not be able to return the costume on time, please let us know in advance. After the event costumes are often already booked by other clients and sent for cleaning.
Example: if the event is on 17 December, you can collect the costume on 16 December after 3:00 p.m., and you must return it on 17 December by 8:00 p.m.
❗ Important
For each day of delay in returning the costume an additional charge of 50% of the rental price applies.
Many costumes are booked by other clients right after your event, so returning on time is a mandatory rental condition.
2. Deposit
When collecting the costume you must leave a deposit.
The deposit is accepted in cash only. Documents, jewellery and other valuables are not accepted as a deposit.
Usually the deposit is three times the rental price, but in some cases it may be higher.
3. Receipt
After booking you receive a receipt. Please keep it until the costume is returned.
The receipt states:
- the name of the costume;
- the date of the event;
- the amount paid;
- additional wishes and accessories (a hat, a headband, etc.).
When you collect the costume we also add the deposit amount to the receipt.
The receipt confirms:
- your payment;
- that we received the deposit;
- our obligation to return these funds to you.
If the receipt is lost, returning the deposit may take longer, as we will have to carry out an additional check. In December this can take up to a day.
📸 We recommend taking a photo of the receipt right away. Either the original or a photo of the receipt is fine for returning the deposit.
4. Cancelling a rental
If your plans have changed, you may cancel the rental.
If you notify us more than 3 days before the costume collection date, we refund the full amount.
If you notify us less than 3 days in advance, the amount paid can be used to buy any item in our store.
On the day of the event or afterwards, cancelling the rental is not possible.
To receive a refund or use the amount towards a purchase, you must provide:
- the rental payment receipt;
- or a photo of the bank receipt if payment was made remotely.
5. Rentals in Kyiv and across Ukraine
Pickup
You can collect the costume yourself at Kyiv, 10 Shalimova St., 2nd floor. You can also order a taxi — once the rental and deposit are paid in full, we will hand the costume to the driver.
Shipping by Nova Poshta
When shipping the costume by Nova Poshta within Kyiv or to other Ukrainian cities, the rental price increases by 50%. Nova Poshta charges are paid by the client.
You can return the costume via the “Easy Return” service, in which case the return is free.
The costume is shipped 2 days before the event.
Example: if the event is on the 10th, we ship the costume on the 8th, and you send it back on the 10th after the celebration.
6. Responsibility for the costume
We understand that costumes are worn by children, so minor soiling is normal.
If only ordinary signs of use remain after the event (dust on the hem, minor soiling, etc.), no surcharge is required.
If the costume has stubborn stains requiring additional dry cleaning (chocolate, lipstick, grease, etc.), the cost of dry cleaning is charged.
If the costume is damaged, we determine the cost of repair, and the corresponding amount is deducted from the deposit.
